Here are some quotes and funny things about Ellen Pompeo

The DiCaprio thing:
On her first day playing Leonardo DiCaprio’s lover in Catch Me If You Can, Ellen Pompeo “had to have a simulated sex scene,” she told the Chicago Tribune. “I can’t say it was difficult, but it was a little awkward – sex with Leo on my first day.”

The Jolie thing :
When asked what famous woman would she like to make out with, Ellen Pompeo said, “Ooh! Angelina Jolie. She’s gorgeous. Or Sandra Oh.”

My favourite quote :
Before working with Ellen Pompeo in 2002’s Moonlight Mile, Jake Gyllenhaal hit on her. “He wasn’t Jake Gyllenhaal then,” she told Playboy. “I didn’t know what else to say, because he’d come over with these compliments and he’s much younger than I am. I just said, ‘Well maybe we’ll work together someday’.”

A funny story:
Ellen Pompeo was Punk’d by Ashton Kutcher in 2005. The set-up: A sexy waitress hit on her boyfriend, Chris Ivery, and he tipped her $200 on Pompeo’s credit card. Pompeo’s reaction: she threatened to gouge the waitress with a fork.

Pompeo being Mother Theresa:
Ellen Pompeo isn’t impressed with her newfound fame. “I don’t find acting to be a particularly noble way to make a living,” she told PEOPLE. “I’m not saving anybody’s life, I’m not a teacher, I’m not working for UNICEF. I don’t think I’m some big deal.”

daniel-racliffe-20-thinks-he-is-to-old-of-partying

Daniel Radcliffe revealed that he is too old for partying. The 20-year-old Harry Potter star no longer socializes with the rest of the “Harry Potter” cast and crew because he wants to carve out a career as a respected actor.

He said: “I used to play a lot of pranks in the past but I want to be a more mature, serious actor now.”

“I don’t get involved with drinking or partying with the cast anymore.”
This is funny isn’t it? Maybe he should avoid doing things like that (only a few months ago):
Daniel Radcliffe was so drunk that he couldn’t remember his own movie title !

The actor also blasted stars who are only interested in fame, insisting he hates being “a celebrity.”

He is quoted by Britain’s Daily Star newspaper as saying: “I hate celebrity culture but I’m unavoidably part of it. These people are celebrities as a by-product of what they do.”

“People read every little thing about Peter Andre and Jordan and I couldn’t care less.”

“They don’t want to work, have no interests, no passions, nothing and yet they seem to be held up on pedestals.”

“I don’t think they should be trying to push themselves onto us. It does annoy me of course, but I’m part of it.”

Daniel’s serious attitude appears to be in contrast to his “Harry Potter” co-star Rupert Grint.

Rupert has been spotted at several U.K. music festivals this summer and makes no secret of his love of wild nights out.

He recently said: “When I’m drunk I like to cause mischief. I’ll steal props like the broomsticks from the ‘Harry Potter’ set and bring them out to the pub for comedy value. It seems funny at the time. Trouble is I usually get too trashed to remember what happened the next day.”

technology-best-quotes-cameron-diaz-naked-suit-boobs

Cameron Diaz, calls herself a “technophoboic”. She said she doesn’t even know how to turn on a computer. “I think technology is a really terrifying thing,” she told a media source, “and it is going to cause a lot of problems for our society, socially.”

No chance that she is going to read this post :)

That was just a funny quote from stars-gossip to end this wonderful week-end (depends on where you are from ! ).
