Wile his staff believed he was hiking in the Appalachian Trail, Mark Sanford revealed yesterday (Wednesday) he was actually in Buenos Aires, having an extramarital affair….

“I’ve been unfaithful to my wife,” the governor, his voice choking at times, said at a conference in Columbia. “I developed a relationship with what started as a dear, dear friend from Argentina.”

Sanford, a 49 is a conservative Republican thought to be a possible presidential candidate in 2012, said he began a “remarkable friendship” with the woman eight years ago but “over this last year it developed into something much more than that.”

“First and foremost, I apologize to my wife and my four boys,” Sanford added. He also apologized to his staff for misleading them about his whereabouts. “I want to make absolutely clear that over the past two days at no time did anyone on my staff intentionally relay false information to state officials or the public at large.”

Asked by reporters if he was trying to reconcile with Jenny,his wife, the Republican Governor replied, “I am, yeah.”

“What we’re trying to do is work through something that we’ve been working through for a number of months now,” he said, adding that his wife discovered the affair five months ago…

Theactress and her husband Matthew Broderick who is also an actor had twin daughters via a surrogate mother.

Parker, 44-year-old, and Broderick, 47-year-old, who already have a son, 6, said their daughters (Marion Loretta Elwell and Tabitha Hodge) were born on Monday in Ohio.

“The babies are doing beautifully and the entire family is over the moon,” the couple said.

Parker is expected to begin shooting a sequel latersoon this year to the movie version of the TV series “Sex and the City” along with Cynthia Nixon, Kim Cattrall and Kristin Davis.

As a reminder : Broderick, star of the Broadway musical and movie “The Producers,” and Parker married in 1997.

Kate Moss just destroyed her boyfriend’s (The Kills guitarist) new songs by… throwing his laptop into their swimming pool !

The sexy model and Jamie Hince were fighting in a bitter argument while on holiday and Kate became so furious she hurled Jamie’s computer into the water. The bad news is, the laprop has six new tracks on, which he hadn’t saved anywhere else!

Britain’s Daily Mirror newspaper reports: “Kate and Jamie started bickering out of nowhere and the row quickly escalated. She stalked off outside and, before he had a chance to react, Kate grabbed his bag and threw it into the pool. Unfortunately it contained his laptop, Blackberry and personal diary.
“Jamie was speechless. He waded into the water to take the bag out, and tried to save the laptop - removing the hard drive and putting it into an airing cupboard.”

Obviously, Jamie was furious with Kate for reacting so rashly.
The newspaper added: “Jamie was absolutely livid and kept yelling, ‘Why would you do such a f***ing stupid thing?!’ ”

However, the couple - who have been dating since 2007 - soon made up and Kate made the promise to buy Jamie a new laptop…

James Morrison revealed a special stars gossip about himself !

He explained that he was once caught in the act while he was getting intimate with a girl in the bathroom by his dad.

Famous for ‘You Give Me Something’, the singer was in a bathroom with his girlfriend when he was interrupted by his father.

He said: “When I was much younger, my mate’s grandmother had a flat that was empty, so I took a girl back there. We were at it in the bathroom when my dad walked in. Thankfully, he saw the funny side and didn’t throw me out with my trousers around my ankles. It put me off my stride a bit though.”

James Morrison, 24 - who has a six-month-old daughter with girlfriend Gill - had a string of failed romances until he learnt to treat women mean.

He said: “I got dumped so many times when I was younger. I learnt early on that being ‘Mr. Nice Guy’ doesn’t always work when it comes to girlfriends. I remember one girl saying to me, ‘Look, James, I think you’re beautiful, but you’re just too nice.’ All I actually wanted to do was treat somebody well, but clearly that didn’t work.”
